Event management

When organising and producing an event, we completely go ‘out of the box’ to create  unique concept for it, based on your company brand promise,  guidelines and values and often intricately combining sustainability, innovationbut also involving the local community, where possible.

From sourcing re-cycled textiles and materials, live music from local NGOs and/or outstanding entertainers, original decor for the venue using local undiscovered young designers, we like to embark you on a memorable journey of sharing and excitement culminating in your successful event (whether an awards ceremony, an anniversary, a product launch, etc).

At Brand In One, we have in-house expertise to organise such memorable events as both Valérie and Dinesh have spent a large amount of their lives working for the very best hotel brands and were involved in world-class 5 star resort launches. We are therefore familiar, in choosing and negotiating the right venue for the occasion, working closely with the venue teams, challenging them for the most creative Food & Beverages concepts, the best set ups and technologies, etc. We also work with our creative partners to develop a world class identity for the event and ensure it is well presented on the day and also on all the coverage that follows the event (photo & video shoot of the event, lighting, sound system, conference equipment, etc). It is really a one-stop service at its best !

The three phases of a (re)branding project

PHASE 1. We Scrutinize

During the initial phase of the project, we dig deep into your market and your position and potential within it. We study your people and their work culture.
